1 on 1 training involves working with a fitness professional that will, step by step, guide you personally on your fitness journey by prescribing workouts, nutrition, and cardio that will help you reach your specific goals. This will bring you the best and fastest results.
Get your friends to start a group class or join one that is already in progress. Either way you will have a blast and get results in a circuit training type setting. Positive and supportive atmosphere!
This is for those who don't need the accountability, but just need a plan that is specific for them. Whatever your goals are, you will get a workout, nutrition, and cardio plan specific for you and your goals. Also, you will get weekly check-ins that will allow you to communicate with your coach.
